Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in diced onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add taco seasoning and red pepper flakes, stirring to coat the meat.
Pour in diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add corn and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in fresh lime juice and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
Notes
For extra heat, add diced jalapeƱos or hot sauce. Serve with tortilla chips for a crunchy finish!
