  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • Add grated ginger and turmeric powder. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into cups.
  • Add honey, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir well and enjoy warm.
