Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup Tropicana Cookies cannabutter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together the cannabutter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg, vanilla extract, and orange zest to the butter mixture and beat until combined.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients until dough forms. Do not overmix.
  • Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on a rack before serving.

Notes

Adjust the potency of cannabutter according to your tolerance. Always label clearly and store safely. For a more intense citrus kick, add a drop of orange extract or lemon zest.
