Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the tortilla in a greased pie dish, pressing it down to form a crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Add shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, and any fresh herbs.
Pour the egg mixture into the tortilla crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
