Ingredients
  

Quiche

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream for a richer texture
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • chopped fresh herbs optional, like parsley or chives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the tortilla in a greased pie dish, pressing it down to form a crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, and any fresh herbs.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the tortilla crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your quiche with your favorite veggies, cooked bacon, or spinach for extra flavor.
