Beans

black beans
drained and rinsed

cherry tomatoes
halved

garlic
minced

cumin

lime juice
freshly squeezed
Instructions
Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust time based on preferred doneness.
Remove steak from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add black beans, cherry tomatoes, and cumin. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add lime juice. Serve the beans alongside the sliced steak.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika or fresh cilantro to the beans.
