Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber sliced thin
  • 1 whole lemon sliced into rounds
  • 10–12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated or thinly sliced
  • 6–8 cups filtered water
  • ice optional, as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced cucumber, lemon rounds, mint leaves, and ginger to a large pitcher or jar.
  • Pour in filtered water and stir gently to combine. Add ice if using.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse (best after 4+ hours or overnight).
  • Serve cold. Refill with more water once or twice as desired throughout the day.

Notes

Enjoy this hydrating and bloat-reducing beverage daily. Swap lemon for lime, or add berries for a fruity twist. Discard solids after 24 hours for freshness.
