Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and form into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon or your favorite dipping sauce.
