Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for a touch of sweetness
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, soy sauce, honey (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the salmon bites to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place salmon bites on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 7-9 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes. Serve with a dipping sauce like spicy mayo or teriyaki glaze.
