Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, soy sauce, honey (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Add the salmon bites to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place salmon bites on a lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 7-9 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes. Serve with a dipping sauce like spicy mayo or teriyaki glaze.
