  • 1 cup butterfly pea tea chilled
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 3–4 slices lemon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare butterfly pea tea and allow it to cool completely. Chill in the fridge if needed.
  • In a tall glass, add ice cubes, lemon slices, and blueberries.
  • Pour in the chilled butterfly pea tea followed by the coconut water. Stir gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately. Watch the color change when lemon hits the tea for a magical effect!

Notes

Butterfly pea tea is known for its calming properties and vibrant blue hue. For a purple gradient effect, stir in the lemon juice last. Add chia seeds for extra fiber and hydration.
