Ingredients
  

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit and vegetable pulp leftover from juicing
  • 1 cup almond milk or preferred plant-based milk
  • 1 banana ripe, frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional for extra fiber and nutrients
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add fruit and vegetable pulp, almond milk, banana, honey (if using), and chia seeds into a blender.
  • Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled smoothie.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use pulp from sweet fruits like apples, carrots, berries, or leafy greens for best results.
