  • 2 cups water filtered
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon for flavor and metabolism boost
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Soak rolled oats in water for 5 minutes.
  • Blend the soaked oats with water until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture to remove oat pulp (optional).
  • Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Serve chilled or warm, and enjoy!
