Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Notes
