  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Quinoa

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Clean the cauliflower florets thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • Slice the chicken breast into uniform strips.
  • Toss cauliflower with one tablespoon of olive oil and garlic powder on a baking sheet.
  • Roast the cauliflower for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Sear the chicken in a non-stick skillet with the remaining olive oil over medium heat for 6 minutes per side.
