Ingredients
  

Seasoning Blend

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire powder or substitute with a splash of Worcestershire sauce in the meatloaf mixture

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Stir well to ensure even distribution.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  • Use 1-2 tablespoons per 1 lb of ground meat for meatloaf or any ground meat dish.

Notes

Customize your blend by adding a pinch of cayenne for heat or a dash of brown sugar for a touch of sweetness. Works great in burgers and meatballs too!
