  • 17 oz Sparkling Ice any flavor
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice optional
  • 2–3 fresh mint leaves optional
  • 2–3 sliced strawberries optional
  • a few ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour the bottle of Sparkling Ice into a large glass or jar.
  • Add baking soda carefully—it will fizz. Stir gently to combine.
  • Stir in lemon juice, mint, and strawberries if using.
  • Add ice cubes and enjoy immediately as a refreshing, fizzy weight loss beverage.

Notes
