Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup water filtered or boiled then cooled
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic, with the mother
  • 1 tsp chia seeds helps keep you full longer
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger fresh is best
  • optional stevia or zero-calorie sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and chia seeds to a jar or bottle.
  • Stir well or shake to mix, then cover and refrigerate overnight (6–8 hours).
  • Stir again before drinking in the morning. Add sweetener if desired.

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach for best results. You can also prep multiple jars at once for the week.
