spinach

banana
frozen for texture

cucumber

Instructions
Add almond milk, spinach, banana, cucumber, chia seeds, and lemon juice to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add ice if desired and blend again briefly.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for best taste and texture.
Notes
Great as a light breakfast or mid-day refresh. Add a scoop of protein powder or swap banana for apple to vary the taste.
