Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana frozen for texture
  • ¼ cup cucumber chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds for fiber and fullness
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4–5 ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk, spinach, banana, cucumber, chia seeds, and lemon juice to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice if desired and blend again briefly.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for best taste and texture.

Notes

Great as a light breakfast or mid-day refresh. Add a scoop of protein powder or swap banana for apple to vary the taste.
