  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, combine chia seeds and warm water. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes until seeds expand.
  • Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey (if using). Stir to combine.
  • Drink immediately or chill for later. Stir before serving.
