Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3–4 sliced strawberries
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves gently crushed
  • 4 slices cucumber optional, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds pre-soaked for 5–10 minutes

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, soak chia seeds in a few tablespoons of water for 5–10 minutes until they form a gel.
  • In a large glass or mason jar, add ice cubes, strawberries, lemon slices, mint leaves, and cucumber slices (if using).
  • Pour in the cold water and stir gently. Add the soaked chia seeds and stir again to combine.
  • Let sit for 5–10 minutes for flavor infusion. Enjoy chilled and give a stir before sipping.

Notes

Feel free to swap in blueberries, oranges, or lime. This drink is naturally low-calorie, hydrating, and full of antioxidants and fiber from chia and fresh produce.
