Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 5–8 fresh lemon balm leaves
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • tsp baking soda optional
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 slice fresh ginger optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill a glass with cold filtered water and ice cubes.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and lemon balm leaves. Muddle the leaves gently to release flavor.
  • Add optional ingredients: baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and/or ginger slice. Stir well.
  • Let sit for 3–5 minutes, then enjoy chilled. Consume fresh for best flavor and benefits.

Notes

For a stronger herbal effect, steep lemon balm leaves in warm water, chill, and combine with remaining ingredients. Ideal as a morning metabolism kickstart or cooling afternoon refresher.
