  • Citrus juicer
  • Teacup (for steeping tea)

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2–3 lemons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 bag lemon balm tea or 2 sprigs fresh lemon balm
  • 1–2 tsp raw honey optional
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • Steep lemon balm tea (or fresh sprigs) in ΒΌ cup hot water for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  • In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, grated ginger, mint leaves, and optional honey.
  • Pour in the cooled lemon balm tea and cold water. Stir well to combine.
  • Add ice cubes and let sit 10–15 minutes to infuse before drinking. Serve chilled.

Notes

This drink is naturally hydrating and can support digestion, mood, and bloating. Enjoy in the morning or between meals. Store in fridge for up to 24 hours.
