Instructions
Blend chopped turmeric and ginger with 1 cup of water until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add remaining water, and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, then strain into a pitcher.
Add honey, lime juice, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving, or enjoy warm.
Notes
