  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 inch fresh ginger sliced
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Add water, cinnamon stick, ginger, turmeric powder, and fenugreek seeds to a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to let the ingredients infuse.
  • Strain the tea into a mug. Stir in lemon juice and honey (if using).
