- 2 cups ditalini pasta
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber
diced
- 1/4 cup red onion
finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives
sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook ditalini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
3. Add the cooled pasta and toss gently.
4. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
