  • - 2 cups ditalini pasta
  • - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • - 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • - 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • - 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • - 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook ditalini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.  
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.  
  • 3. Add the cooled pasta and toss gently.  
  • 4. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.  
  • 5. Mix well and chill before serving.
