Ingredients

Beef Chorizo Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef preferably 85% lean
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
