  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups water
  • 1.4 oz Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp dry dill weed

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in water, soup mix, and lemon slices. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and discard lemon slices.
  • In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cornstarch, and dill weed.
  • Add the mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Serve the sauce over the chicken.
