Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
Stir in water, soup mix, and lemon slices. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken and discard lemon slices.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cornstarch, and dill weed.
Add the mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
Serve the sauce over the chicken.
