Cream Sauce

Instructions
In a bowl, mix ground beef, pork, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, spices, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat oil in a skillet and brown meatballs in batches. Cook until fully cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in beef broth, followed by cream, soy sauce, and mustard. Simmer until thickened.
Add meatballs back to the skillet and coat with sauce. Simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or steamed vegetables. Add lingonberry jam on the side for authentic Swedish flair!
