Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter before baking.
