Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic, with the mother
  • 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 carrot chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated, for digestion and immunity
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric anti-inflammatory benefits
  • 1 cup water or coconut water for hydration
  • As needed ice cubes for a chilled smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Add orange juice, pineapple chunks, carrot, apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric, and water or coconut water to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For an extra boost, add a pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption. Drink in the morning or as a midday refresher for best results.
