Ingredients
  

Chia Gel Base

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh

Instructions
 

  • Add chia seeds to a glass jar.
  • Pour in the water and stir well to prevent clumping.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it forms a gel.
