Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve over pasta, chicken, or seafood. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with fettuccine, grilled chicken, or shrimp!
