Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika smoked or regular
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper adjust for spice level
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • To taste salt & black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  • Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve over pasta, chicken, or seafood. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with fettuccine, grilled chicken, or shrimp!
