Ingredients
Cookie Dough

vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
For extra fudgy cookies, slightly underbake them and let them set on the baking sheet. Add a sprinkle of sea salt for a gourmet touch!
