  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp grated ginger fresh
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine coconut water, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey (if using).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass over ice cubes.
