Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups water filtered
  • 2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger sliced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar raw, organic
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add dried butterfly pea flowers and sliced ginger. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture to remove flowers and ginger.
  • Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey (if using). The drink will turn from blue to purple.
  • Serve warm or chilled over ice. Enjoy!
