Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen acai puree unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon helps with blood sugar balance
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can swap coconut milk for almond milk or oat milk for a different taste. Add a teaspoon of honey or stevia if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
