Instructions
Add blueberries, blue spirulina powder, coconut water, lemon juice, ginger, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Optionally, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes for added fiber benefits.
