  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder or regular spirulina
  • 1 cup coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional, for fiber boost
  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated, for metabolism boost
  • 1-2 tsp honey or stevia optional, for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Add blueberries, blue spirulina powder, coconut water, lemon juice, ginger, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Optionally, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
  • Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes for added fiber benefits.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For an extra refreshing twist, add ice cubes or blend with frozen fruit. Best enjoyed first thing in the morning for a metabolism boost!
