Gelatin Base

sugar-free gelatin mix
any flavor

Protein Addition

unflavored protein powder

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar-free gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Let the mixture cool slightly for 2–3 minutes to avoid clumping when adding protein.
Whisk in the protein powder slowly until fully dissolved and smooth.
Add cold water and mix well.
Pour into serving containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Notes
Use clear or lightly flavored protein powder for best texture. Avoid overheating protein powder to prevent clumping.
