Ingredients
  

Gelatin Base

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 packet sugar-free gelatin mix any flavor
  • 1 cup cold water

Protein Addition

  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder whey or collagen

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the sugar-free gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly for 2–3 minutes to avoid clumping when adding protein.
  • Whisk in the protein powder slowly until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Add cold water and mix well.
  • Pour into serving containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Notes

Use clear or lightly flavored protein powder for best texture. Avoid overheating protein powder to prevent clumping.
