- 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken
- 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup low-fat cheese

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Olive oil spray

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, zucchini, onions, egg white, and seasonings.
