Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar white or brown
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1/4 cup milk or yogurt for extra moisture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.  
  • In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.  
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.  
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, adding milk to keep it smooth.  
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.  
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.  

Notes

Use overripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness.  
Add nuts, chocolate chips, or raisins for extra texture.  
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
