Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad

  • 2 crisp apples Gala or Fuji, diced
  • 2 ripe pears diced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional

Maple Cinnamon Dressing

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Optional Garnish

  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ground cinnamon sprinkle for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine diced apples, pears, cranberries, and walnuts (if using).
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving, if desired.

Notes

For added sweetness, stir in a few dried cranberries or golden raisins. Let the salad chill for 15 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
