Instructions
In a large bowl, combine diced apples, pears, cranberries, and walnuts (if using).
In a separate small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh mint and a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving, if desired.
Notes
For added sweetness, stir in a few dried cranberries or golden raisins. Let the salad chill for 15 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
