  • Ramekins or Silicone Egg Molds
  • Measuring Cup

Ingredients
  

Eggs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water per ramekin
  • 1 tsp white vinegar optional, helps egg whites set
  • salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
  • Place 1/2 cup of water into each ramekin or silicone egg mold.
  • Crack an egg into each ramekin. Add vinegar if using.
  • Carefully place the ramekins into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
  • Use tongs to remove the ramekins, then gently lift the eggs out with a spoon.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately!

Notes

For firmer yolks, cook an additional 1-2 minutes. You can also use silicone muffin cups instead of ramekins.
