large eggs
1/2
cup
water
per ramekin

tsp
white vinegar
optional, helps egg whites set
salt & black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
Place 1/2 cup of water into each ramekin or silicone egg mold.
Crack an egg into each ramekin. Add vinegar if using.
Carefully place the ramekins into the air fryer basket.
Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
Use tongs to remove the ramekins, then gently lift the eggs out with a spoon.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately!
Notes
For firmer yolks, cook an additional 1-2 minutes. You can also use silicone muffin cups instead of ramekins.
