Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken breasts and coat well with the marinade. Let sit for 5 minutes (or marinate longer if time allows).
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, salad, or cauliflower rice for a light and healthy meal. Great for meal prep!
