Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken breasts and coat well with the marinade. Let sit for 5 minutes (or marinate longer if time allows).
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
