Ginger-Turmeric Immunity Shot boosts immunity with anti-inflammatory ginger, turmeric, and citrus for a natural health kick.
Ingredients
– 1/2 cup fresh ginger root (chopped)
– 1/2 cup fresh turmeric root (chopped) or 1 tbsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/4 tsp black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
– 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
– 1/2 cup coconut water or filtered water
Instructions
1. Blend ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, black pepper, honey, and water until smooth.
2. Strain using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
3. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate.
4. Shake before use and consume 1-2 oz daily.
Notes
– Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
– Add cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
– Can be frozen in ice cube trays for longer storage.
