Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken  

– 1/2 cup grated zucchini  

– 1/4 cup finely chopped onions  

– 1 egg white  

– 1/4 cup low-fat cheese (optional)  

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder  

– 1/2 tsp onion powder  

– 1/2 tsp black pepper  

– 1/4 tsp salt  

– Olive oil spray (for cooking)  


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).  

2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, zucchini, onions, egg white, and seasonings.  

3. Form into small patties or meatballs.  

4. Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil.  

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.  

6. Let cool slightly before serving.

– Use lean meats like turkey, chicken, or extra-lean beef.  

– Add protein powder to increase protein content.
